All Moslem people have been fasting during this month, August 2011, Moslem’s calendar called Ramadhan month. We aren’t eating, nor drinking, we also should control our emotion, do not angry, must be patient and increase our charity to others (especially to those who need help, like father/motherless-child or the poor people).

We have been fasting for about 12 hours all day long. And we did fasting-break in the afternoon (has a different time in different place in Indonesia, according to where city we live in ?). Usually people drink or eat some sweet on fasting-break, and this is the best time to enriching my “recipes-knowledge”. Found it on detikfood.com.

And this is it : (picture1) ice mixed-fruits and milk and (picture2) banana-strawberry smoothies. Sllrruupp !!!

Both menus mostly have the same ingredients, like soybean milk and strawberries. Very healthy and rich in fiber. I am gonna change my lifestyle, starts with choosing healthy food and beverage. It could be continuing…i wish…

Me Day Out

It’s August 28th , Jakarta’s traffic seems less busy as usual . On these day me and my hubby kill the time by going out all day long . It begins with go to the cinema for Kungfu Panda , then have a fasting-break at Bakmi GM , window shopping at Grand Indonesia , and have a dinner (part two) at Food Louvre by enjoying Mie Tarik Laiker with Tom Yum Seafood , and my husband with Chicken Curry one . Then, we continue to wash our car, and we just known that this 24hr-car-wash has hydrolic machine, yeay! And it is 12:50 am on August 29th , I’ve been accompanying him to watch football match on TV . I’ve been so sleepy and just wait for second : I’ll be asleep . zzzz…zzz…

yeeaaayeeah….we went to Bandung, driven by my hubby @wahyu ul khair notodiputro, how unlucky we are, the road is really busy, that spent our time lots, so tired inside the car! next time we might be arrange the trip on the work-days, so we wouldnt face the busy road again!
